Superhero Webcomics?

They seem like a rarity strangely enough. I dig and I dig and I find dozens of great web-based comics out there today. In the past ten years, some truly great material has been spawned, much of it completely and totally unlike anything in the print market today. Heck, the web pretty much saved the comic strip as a format.

But I’m still not finding very many superheroes out there. Maybe it is because they so dominate the traditional comic book marketplace. Maybe it’s because many people think they don’t have much left to say as a “genre”. (More on my opinions of superheroes as a genre on a later date.) I am not really sure. But I can say I don’t see much of it online.

So here is my challenge to my faithful readership. Find me some superhero web comics. Give me links, let me read ’em. I quite possibly will even link to them over there on the right. I already have a couple of my favorites: Mitz’s Plan B and Heroes Inc. by Scott Austin. Give me more, folks!

Drop them below as Comments or you can email them to me at metasubmit {at} metahumanpress {dot} com!
